Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with High Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients . The role focuses on building long-term client partnerships, generating Assets Under Management (AUM), and providing comprehensive investment and portfolio advisory solutions aligned with clients financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard HNI / Ultra HNI clients for wealth management services
  • Build, manage, and grow client relationships to increase AUM and wallet share
  • Advise clients on investments and manage their overall financial portfolios
  • Deepen relationships with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling
  • Coordinate with product, research, and investment teams to deliver suitable solutions
  • Achieve assigned targets for clients, AUM, and revenue generation
  • Conduct and support seminars, workshops, and business development initiatives
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and economic developments
  • Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and portfolio performance
  • Review client portfolios periodically and recommend rebalancing based on market, life-stage, or financial changes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards

Qualifications

  • CFP / CFA

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Wealth Sales / Wealth Management
  • Proven track record in handling HNI / Ultra HNI clients
