Role Overview
This role is for senior relationship managers and wealth leaders from banks, broking and wealth firms who already manage large HNI / UHNI portfolios and are looking to scale their practice through a differentiated, high-quality product ecosystem .
The role is best suited for professionals who can onboard and service client relationships independently , leveraging our wide and selectively curated product universe , including certain client-friendly offerings not commonly available on standard platforms .

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Please read carefully)
Currently managing or having managed a client portfolio of 100 Cr+ AUM
Active relationships with 50500 HNI / UHNI clients
Ability to onboard client relationships based on suitability, client consent, and regulatory norms
Experience in handling long-term client engagement and repeat allocations
Strong understanding of wealth products and client lifecycle management
(This role is not suitable for professionals without an existing HNI client base.)
Ideal Candidate Background
525+ years experience in Wealth / BFSI
Private / PSU Banks, Wealth Firms, Broking, AMC, Insurance or NBFCs
Relationship-led approach (not transaction-driven)
High ethical standards and compliance orientation
Comfortable working with informed, discerning clients
Compensation & Growth
Fixed compensation aligned to role seniority and experience
Indicative fixed range: 10 LPA 60 LPA
