About the Role

The International Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and expanding our global footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in international sales or business development.

Required Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the technology sector.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Pay range and compensation package :- 3.5 LPA - 5 LPA Plus Incentives
