Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Wealth Management Professional with strong leadership capabilities to drive client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue expansion. The role involves managing high-net-worth clients, leading teams, and delivering customized investment strategies aligned with client financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial information and develop customized wealth strategies for clients

Drive AUM growth and achieve revenue targets through client acquisition and portfolio expansion

Conduct regular client meetings to provide market insights and investment advice

Monitor financial market trends to ensure client portfolios remain responsive and optimized

Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients

Lead, mentor, and manage wealth management teams to enhance performance and productivity

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic wealth solutions

Qualifications & Experience

Graduation / Post-Graduation in any discipline

1015 years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management

Minimum 35 years in a leadership or team-handling role

Strong understanding of financial products including Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance, and Alternate Investments

Proven track record in client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills

Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel

AMFI & IRDA certifications
