We are looking for a highly motivated Wealth Manager/ Financial Planner who can independently build their own clientele. This role is ideal for professionals with strong networking skills, proven sales acumen, and a passion for guiding clients toward financial success.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Acquire and manage your own book of clients, ensuring long term relationships.
Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and grow assets under management.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Deliver personalized financial advice and portfolio solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Must have cleared NISMSeriesV-A : MutualFundDistributorsCertificationExam and NISM-Series-XXI-A:PortfolioManagementServices(PMS)distribution certification exams.
Should be in distribution of financial products like distribution like Mutual funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, FD etc to Clients, Retailers, HNI, Super HNI and Institutes.
Must have worked with Independent Financial Distributor/Advisor - IFA, Boutique wealth management, Financial Planning firm or Bank Assurance.
Proven track record in Goal based planning, Wealth management, Investment advisory, or financial sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
