Artha Bharat Investment Managers IFSC LLP (ABIM) is a fund management firm based in Gift City, Gandhinagar, India, established in 2024. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role located in GIFT City(Please don't apply if you cannot relocate to GIFT City).The Wealth Manager will be the primary commercial relationship owner for a portfolio of high-net-worth and institutional clients, originating, onboarding, and managing investor relationships across Artha Bharat FME's full product suite. The role combines hands-on business development with deep product expertise, requiring the ability to source new clients independently, explain complex cross-border structured products with clarity, and deliver a consistently exceptional investor experience across the full investment lifecycle.


This is not a support or servicing role. The Wealth Manager owns their client book, drives their own AUM targets, and is directly accountable for the growth and retention of investor capital on the platform. 1.Client Acquisition & Business Development


Identify, prospect, and onboard HNIs, UHNWIs, NRIs, family offices, corporate treasuries, and institutional investors as clients of Artha Bharat FME's fund and product platform.

Develop and execute a structured personal client acquisition strategy across target geographies: India (domestic Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities), UAE/GCC, Mauritius, Singapore, and the Indian diaspora in the UK and USA.

Build and manage a personal AUM book targeting USD 50100 million within the first 12 months, scaling to USD 250 million+ at franchise maturity.

Represent Artha Bharat at investor conferences, IFSCA-hosted forums, roadshows, and industry events to drive brand visibility and investor pipeline.

Leverage GIFT City's IFSC regulatory and tax advantages, USD operations, IFSC income exemptions, IFSCA oversight, to articulate a compelling value proposition versus offshore alternatives such as Mauritius, Cayman, and Singapore.


2.Product Distribution & Marketing


Market and distribute Artha Bharat FME's full product suite, including AIFs, Deposit Leveraged Products, real estate and infrastructure funds, multi-asset strategies, and co-investment opportunities, to investors across all target segments.

Develop compelling, tailored investor presentations, pitch books, fund teasers, and product summaries appropriate for HNI, family office, and institutional audiences at varying levels of financial sophistication.

Explain complex structured products, including 9x leveraged deposit structures, Cayman SPC mechanics, cross-border legal frameworks, and IFSCA fund regulations, clearly and accurately to investors.

Ensure all marketing materials and investor communications comply with IFSCA regulations, internal compliance policies, and the applicable laws of each investor's jurisdiction.

Stay continuously current on product features, fund performance, risk factors, and regulatory developments relevant to investor conversations.


3.Distributor & Partner Channel Management

Build and manage working relationships with fund distributors, private banks, wealth management platforms, and financial advisory networks that can generate investor referrals and placements.

Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and roadshows for distribution partners to maintain a knowledgeable, motivated referral network.

Work with the Management to negotiate and manage distribution agreements and referral fee arrangements compliant with IFSCA requirements


4.Investor Onboarding & Compliance

Manage the complete investor onboarding process: KYC/AML documentation, suitability assessment, subscription agreement execution, fund wire coordination, and post-investment confirmation.

Ensure all investors are correctly classified under IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2025, including accredited investor and QIB standards, before any product is offered or subscription is accepted.

Coordinate with the compliance team, fund administrator, legal counsel, and custodian to resolve investor queries and ensure a seamless operational experience.

Maintain complete and accurate client files, interaction records, and suitability documentation in the CRM at all times, zero tolerance for documentation gaps.


5.Investor Relations & Lifecycle Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned investor relationships throughout the investment lifecycle, from onboarding to maturity and reinvestment.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients: performance updates, market commentary, product rebalancing, and reinvestment recommendations aligned with each client's mandate and risk profile.

Organise and participate in investor presentations, webinars, annual general meetings, and investor summits, ensuring a premium investor experience consistent with Artha Bharat's positioning.

Manage investor escalations and queries professionally, coordinating internally to resolve issues within agreed service level timelines



Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.

MBA (Finance) from a premier institution,strongly preferred.

CFA Charterholder or CFA Level II/III candidate,given significant preference. CAIA or CFP also valued.

NISM Series V-A, V-B (Mutual Fund Distribution) or NISM Series XXI-A (Portfolio Management),advantageous for India-facing roles.


Professional Experience

510years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, fund distribution, institutional sales, or capital markets.

Demonstrated, verifiable track record of managing and growing an AUM book minimum USD 20 million existing AUM preferred at application stage.

Prior experience in an IFSC / GIFT City entity, or with IFSCA-regulated FME / AIF products, is a significant advantage.

Experience distributing or advising on alternative investment products, structured finance instruments, or cross-border fund vehicles,particularly to NRI or GCC investor segments.

Familiarity with fund structures including Cayman Islands SPCs, Mauritius GBCs, ADGM funds, Singapore VCCs, or Indian Category I/II/III AIFs.
