Job Title: SME Wealth Management

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 15+ years in software testing, with 6+ years in Wealth Management domain


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Wealth Management Testing SME to lead and support testing initiatives for wealth management platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in wealth management products and services, along with strong testing expertise across functional, integration, and UAT phases. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and functional specifications for wealth management applications .
  • Design and execute test cases for modules such as portfolio management , investment advisory , mutual funds , insurance , equities , and fixed income .
  • Lead functional , integration , regression , and user acceptance testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure alignment on test scenarios and coverage.
  • Validate workflows related to client onboarding , KYC , risk profiling , investment suitability , and transaction processing .
  • Identify and document defects, and work with development teams for resolution.
  • Provide domain expertise and guidance to QA teams and junior testers.
  • Participate in test strategy , test planning , and release validation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards in testing processes.



Required Skills & Experience


Domain Knowledge

Minimum 8+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.

Strong understanding of:

Investment products (equities, ETFs, robo-portfolios, etc.)

Portfolio performance metrics (absolute/relative returns)

Risk profiling, suitability, and goal-based investing models

Regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, other compliance standards)


Digital Wealth Platforms

Hands-on experience with Comarch or similar digital wealth platforms (e.g., Temenos, Avaloq, Invest Cloud).

Familiarity with:

Digital onboarding and KYC processes

Self-execution and robo-advisory workflows

API-based integrations and multi-source data aggregation


Testing & Delivery

Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Ability to define, document, and validate test cases aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
