Job Description
- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through network, referrals, and banking channels
- Manage an assigned client portfolio and act as primary relationship owner
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and wealth planning discussions
- Enhance client engagement, retention, and wallet share
- Provide advisory across investments: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, equities, structured products, insurance
- Understand client risk profile, investment horizon, tax considerations
- Design customized asset allocation & portfolio strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and rebalance when required
- Deliver AUM growth, revenue, and cross-sell targets
- Generate fee income through advisory and investment product penetration
- Identify opportunities for NTB (new-to-bank) and deepening existing relationships
- Cross-sell entire bank product suite:
- liabilities
- lending
- cards and digital banking
- Partner with product teams and specialists (investment/insurance/FX/lending)
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines (RBI/SEBI/AMFI/IRDAI)
- Adhere to AML/KYC and risk suitability norms
- Maintain high compliance standards in advisory and sales practices
- Handle audits and internal control requirements
- Provide single-point service resolution for wealth clients
- Deliver superior client experience with timely query handling
- Coordinate with operations/back office for smooth transactions
- Stay updated on markets, macro trends, investment products
- Educate clients on product risk-return characteristics
- Conduct investment awareness and client engagement sessions
