What Were Looking For:

Strong experience in US Staffing

Exposure to MSP & VMS environments

Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models

Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder & ATS

Experience recruiting for IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Non-IT, or multiple domains

Excellent communication, stakeholder management & delivery skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
