WD Creative Director

You’ll work closely with clients to understand what matters most to their business and their users. That means running workshops, asking the right questions, listening carefully, and helping shape a clear path forward. You’ll take the lead on turning research and insight into design strategies that are grounded, thoughtful, and actionable. You'll guide teams through the design process-from early concepts to final prototypes and make sure the work always reflects a strong user point of view. You’ll keep things real by testing ideas early and often, and help prioritize improvements based on real feedback. Beyond the project work, you’ll play a big role in growing the business. You’ll support pitch conversations, co-create solutions with vertical teams, and help convert opportunities into long-term value. Internally, you’ll mentor designers, help them find their voice, and create an environment where people are excited to grow.
