Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in the Watermelon testing framework for chatbot and conversational AI validation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites to ensure high-quality conversational experiences across AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• 512 years of overall IT experience
• 13 years of hands-on experience in Watermelon
• Mandatory: Watermelon Certification
• Design and implement automated test scripts using the Watermelon framework.
• Perform end-to-end testing of chatbot and conversational AI applications.
• Validate intents, entities, responses, and conversation flows.
• Integrate automated test cases with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
• Collaborate with developers, NLP engineers, and product teams to understand business requirements.
• Perform API testing and integration validation.
• Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing for AI applications.
• Identify defects, log bugs, and track resolution.
• Improve test coverage and optimize automation processes.
• Mentor junior QA team members and review automation scripts.

Required Skills

• 612 years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Watermelon testing framework.
• Strong knowledge of chatbot testing and conversational AI validation.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman/REST Assured).
• Good knowledge of automation tools like Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Programming knowledge in Python or Java.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts and intent classification.
• Exposure to performance testing tools.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
