As a Water Systems Commissioning Foreman, youll be responsible for supervising and coordinating all commissioning activities related to the data centers water-based systems. You will ensure all water systems are installed, tested, balanced, and commissioned safely, meeting project specifications, redundancy, and operational readiness requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commissioning and functional testing of water-based systems
• Ensure water system installations are complete, safe, and ready for commissioning
• Execute and witness tests for flow, pressure, temperature, and functionality
• Coordinate with commissioning engineers, MEP contractors, vendors, and QA/QC teams
• Identify, track, and close punch list items during commissioning
• Verify system performance, water quality, and compliance with project specifications
• Maintain commissioning checklists, test reports, and handover documentation
• Support final system handover to operations and facilities management teams

Water Systems Scope

• Chilled water systems (pumps, piping, valves, chillers, cooling towers)
• Domestic water, drainage, and wastewater systems
• Firefighting systems (fire pumps, hydrants, sprinkler networks)
• RO/Water treatment systems (if applicable)
• Water circulation, balancing, and integration with BMS / EPMS
• Verification of redundancy (N+1, 2N) and failover operation

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.
