• We are expanding our creative team and are looking for a Watch Designer who deeply understands luxury detailing, premium materials, and the art of fine analog watchmaking.

We are hiring a Senior Watch Designer / Product Designer with proven hands-on experience in analog watch design, covering the journey from design phase through production execution.

Mandatory: Prior experience in analog watch design (quartz / automatic / mechanical) is required.

Candidates without direct watch design experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Own watch design from concept CAD production support
• Design complete watch systems:
• Case, dial, hands, bezel, crown, strap/bracelet

Create:

• Concept sketches
• 2D layouts
• 3D CAD models
• Technical & manufacturing drawings

Collaborate closely with:

• Engineering teams (manufacturability & tolerances)
• Manufacturing partners & vendors
• Support material selection, finishes, textures, and colorways aligned with luxury positioning
• Participate in prototyping, sampling, design reviews, and production approvals
• Work on quartz, automatic, and mechanical watch designs
• Stay updated on global luxury watch trends, materials, and consumer preferences
• Partner with marketing and leadership for product storytelling and launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters in Industrial Design / Product Design

Mandatory: Prior experience in analog watch design

Strong understanding of:

• Watch components & construction
• Proportions, ergonomics, and luxury detailing

Proficiency in CAD tools:

SolidWorks / Rhino / Fusion 360 (or similar)

Knowledge of:

Materials, surface finishes, tolerances

Manufacturing processes

Strong aesthetic judgment with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
