Warehouse Manager

For our operations in India, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse activities, inventory management, and team supervision, ensuring alignment with global standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Maintain and update inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with global warehouses to ensure timely supply.
• Manage import product handling and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including training, task assignment, performance evaluation, and coaching on inventory and safety practices.
• Ensure proper execution and implementation of policies and procedures for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse equipment, including forklifts, ensuring regular inspections and proper maintenance.
• Analyze warehouse performance, operational KPIs, and efficiency metrics; propose process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to support seamless order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements related to chemicals, imports, safety, and taxation.
• Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years in warehouse operations, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Certifications: Forklift and Hazmat certifications required.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Navision) and MS Excel; ability to analyze inventory and logistics data.
• Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
