Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Packaging & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our fastener packaging, retail store operations, and warehouse inventory re-packaging activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing retail counter packing, e-commerce order packing, bulk to retail repacking, labelling, barcoding, and inventory accuracy for thousands of SKUs of industrial fasteners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging & Re-Packaging Operations

• Handle bulk fastener materials (bolts, nuts, washers, screws, threaded rods, anchors) and convert into retail packs.
• Develop and implement standard packing SOPs (weight based & piece count-based packing).
• Manage retail SKU packaging (small packs, boxes).
• Ensure correct labelling, MRP tagging, and product identification.
• Implement quality checks before dispatch.
• Control packaging material.

2. E-commerce Order Fulfilment

• Manage packing for Website and B2B courier orders.
• Ensure same-day dispatch and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate with courier partners.
• Handle return, replacement, and damaged shipment processes.
• Improve order accuracy and reduce wrong dispatch.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Maintain proper bin system & rack location management.
• Convert bulk stock into retail inventory.
• Maintain stock levels for fast-moving SKUs.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical verification.
• Reduce stock mismatch and shrinkage.
• Coordinate with purchase and production team for replenishment.

4. Retail Store Operations

• Support retail counter stock availability.
• Ensure shelves are properly stocked and labelled.
• Manage store inventory for walk-in customers.
• Maintain display standards similar to modern retail formats.

5. Process & System Development

• Implement barcode system and SKU codes.
• Maintain stock records in ERP / Excel / inventory software.
• Train packing staff and helpers.
• Create daily packing and dispatch reports.
• Improve packing productivity and reduce labour wastage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from organized retail chains will be strongly preferred.
