Roles & Responsibilities

Manage inbound, outbound, and inventory movements as per approved SOPs and customs permissions
Coordinate with Customs (SEZ/FTWZ officers), CHA, and logistics partners for smooth cargo movement
Handle day-to-day warehouse operations in SEZ & FTWZ, ensuring compliance with SEZ Act, FTWZ guidelines, and Customs regulations
Track and report warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turnaround time, and space utilization.
Train and guide warehouse associates or contract staff on compliance and operational procedures.
Monitor and control RTV, reverse logistics, and re-export shipments from SEZ/FTWZ
