Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of technology solutions in the wealth management and FS domain.
• Utilize strong technical knowledge in Java, Cloud, and AI/ML to guide project development.
• Drive legacy modernization initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Liaise with onsite teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in technology delivery, with a focus on wealth management and security processing.
• Proven experience in building products and managing client conversions.
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Cloud technologies, and AI/ML.
• Experience in legacy modernization projects.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to face clients confidently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
