Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases
• Clearly explain courses and address queries professionally
• Generate quality leads and follow up to achieve conversion targets
• Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets
• Handle objections effectively and build rapport with prospects
• Coordinate with the admissions team for closures

Eligibility Criteria

• Professional Qualification: MBA/B.Tech,/BCA/BBA/B.Com
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international in-bound and out-bound calling
• Experience in education, admissions, sales, or telemarketing preferred
• Candidates with experience in the EdTech sector will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
