Mega Walk-in Interview for International Voice Process- Banking
Walk-in Drive Location: HCL Technologies, A-8 & 9, Block A, Sector 60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Dates: 11th December, Thursday
Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Job Details:
- Process: Inbound Calling (No sales, upselling, or cross-selling)
- Experience Required: 1+ years in Voice Process
- Shift: Rotational shifts and rotational offs
- Work Location: HCLTech, Noida Sector 144
Note: Candidates must reside within 35 km of the office
Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries via voice and written communication
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
- Manage multiple queries simultaneously
- Use workflow tools and internal systems effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams for resolution
- Maintain high service levels and quality standards
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
