Job description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 - 4 year of experience in international chat(live) process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Any Graduation mandate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring accuracy.

Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: Rotational including night shifts

Transportation: Cab facility available

Joiners Preferred: Immediate to 30 days notice period
