Job Overview:

serves as the primary point of contact for candidates deployed at client locations under company payroll. This role ensures smooth onboarding, accurate data management, timely resolution of queries, and effective coordination with internal HR operations throughout the candidate lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Point of Contact

• Act as the liaison between candidates and the organization from onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates during their tenure at client locations.

Data & Timesheet Management

• Maintain and update candidate records using Excel and other HR tools.
• Assist candidates in filling, submitting, and verifying timesheets for payroll processing.

Escalation & Query Resolution

• Handle candidate escalations related to timesheets, payroll, and HR processes.
• Respond to queries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Collaboration with HR Operations

• Work closely with the internal HR team to resolve candidate issues.
• Coordinate on compliance, onboarding, and offboarding activities.

Lifecycle Management

• Ensure smooth onboarding of candidates at client locations.
• Manage offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and closure of all formalities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Excel and HR data management tools.
