Experience Required:

5+ years of strong backend development experience

Proven experience in Data Structures & Algorithms (hands-on, not theoretical)

Technical Skill Set:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java / Scala / Golang
• Solid exposure to Apache Spark
• Expertise in SQL / PostgreSQL
• Ability to design, optimize, and scale high-performance systems
• Experience mentoring teams and driving technical decisions
