HRO JD


  • Process HR transactions which may include:
  • New hires (including background checks, drug tests, direct deposit, and tax transactions)
  • Employment data changes
  • Terminations/Retirements
  • Earnings/deduction transactions
  • Pay by exception input
  • Leave and attendance transactions
  • Over time inputs
  • Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as leave administration, wage statements, unemployment claims, benefits administration etc. through comprehensive and accurate research within commitment guidelines
  • Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via the telephone or e-mail
  • Identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate
  • Provide balance and mediate differences between customer requests and corporate guidelines
  • Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols
  • Maintain service level agreements


PAYROLL JD


  • Ensure complete pay information is properly recorded and accurately calculated for each payroll cycle
  • Work payroll error reports
  • Perform Gross-to-net calculations
  • Provide information to internal research specialist on the resolution of individual associate pay inquires
  • Assist payroll manager in the resolution of payroll problems
  • Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate
  • Coordinate and process employee payrolls weekly, bi-monthly & monthly
  • Prepare reports required for audit operations
  • Respond to payroll queries and concerns from employees
  • Generate periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports to management


BENEFITS JD


  • Process Benefits transactions which may include:
  • Processed insurance enrollments of employees.
  • Processed termination of insurance.
  • Provide general customer service.
  • Responsible for the project management of benefit programs.
  • Work with Benefits carriers to negotiate new benefit and plan structures
  • Maintained all records and information regarding benefit programs of all employees.
  • Assisted and helped employees with completion of the state health benefit plan and flexible benefits plan documents required for enrolling and/or changing benefit contracts.
  • Administered the state health benefits and flexible benefits open enrollment.
  • Executed and performed planning and coordination of the annual health fair.
  • Administered the FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements.
  • Answered level 2 & 3 level questions and provided assistance to resolve benefit plan issues


L&D JD


  • Responsible for planning, creating and executing training programs
  • Course Creation Providing Course Overview and Course details if there is a client requirement is that of a senior multi media developer
  • Assigned the tasks of implementing various learning and development programs
  • Accurately and effectively created reports and data entry into the LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Administrative support to entire in training schedule
  • Manage scheduling of all training and conference rooms
  • Manage day to day operations of training teams
  • Resolve and handle transactional and administrative issues relating to areas such as training scheduling, invites, managing multiple schedules at the same time etc.
  • Communicate resolution to callers with clarity via the telephone or e-mail
  • Identify trends and high volume training requirements at times that may indicate corporate-wide issues; inform management as appropriate
  • Provide balance and mediate differences between customer requests and corporate guidelines
  • Coordinates internal speakers from various departments to conduct trainings when needed
  • Manage training administrator Act as facilitator for workshops across the organization where appropriate
  • Introduce quality control mechanisms within training that eliminates poor attendance
  • Develop the use of alternative learning methods in practice such as coaching, e learning, clinical supervisor, shadowing to support the workforce development benchmark
  • Set up Web-Ex sessions with the E-Learning Specialist
  • Schedule internal and external presenters
  • Ensures all materials are pro-actively managed and available prior to every training session
  • Maintain service level agreements
