Job Description

• Designation-Sr. Systems Engineer (IT Service Management)
• Job Location-Pune
• Education-BE/BTECH
• Experience-2+Years
• Shift- Rotational Shift/24*7

• Domain - IT Operations- (Core)
• Notice period-Immediate
• Must have skills: Core IT OPS INFRA-AD Server with good communication

Roles and Responsibilities,

• More than 2-4 years of relevant IT experience
• Should be experienced in day-to-day IT support with respect to managing endpoints - desktops, laptops, IP Phones.
• Should have good knowledge in implementation & administration of servers.
• Knowledge on Active Directory Services, DHCP & DNS.
• Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers).
• Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause, and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.
• Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
• Candidate should be aware of different tools used for capacity management, availability managements.
• Experience in Asset management and various IT reports.
• Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
