Good Analytical Skills

Good team player. Should help the team to meet the defined SLA.

Possesses deep dive knowledge of at least one of the HR functional areas (Payroll, Benefit, etc.)

Experience in Voice process

Flexible with shifts

Problem analysis and resolution

Knowledge Management-Documentation, reports
