• M.Com / MBA freshers are eligible for this role (Commerce Background Only)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with any regional language added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Must be a Graduate
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada.
• Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently
• Flexible with shifts and working hours
• Must be a good team player
• Good problem-solving skills
• Assist team lead/supervisor to prepare various reports
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to articulate technical and complex scenarios with eas

Documents and things to Carry:

• Carry a print out your updated resume;
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
• Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations
