Mandatory Skills:

Merchant Financial Services, Settlement Operations Support, TSYS application, Merchant Financial Services in Banking, Retail Banking operations, ACH, Disputes Chargeback, Exceptional Handling (Banking and Payments domain).


Key Responsibilities:


Client Support & Issue Resolution

  • Respond to and resolve out-of-balance requests.
  • Address adjustments, rejects, and missing payment issues.
  • Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and research qualification issues.


Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform detailed analysis of funding and ACH-related files.
  • Identify and report errors in merchant funding processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.


Process Management

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-7 years of experience in client operations, financial services, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ACH processing and merchant funding.
  • Knowledge of billing systems and reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance standards.


Documents to Carry:

  • Carry a printout your updated resume.
  • Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
  • All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
