Mandatory Skills:
Merchant Financial Services, Settlement Operations Support, TSYS application, Merchant Financial Services in Banking, Retail Banking operations, ACH, Disputes Chargeback, Exceptional Handling (Banking and Payments domain).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Issue Resolution
- Respond to and resolve out-of-balance requests.
- Address adjustments, rejects, and missing payment issues.
- Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and research qualification issues.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Perform detailed analysis of funding and ACH-related files.
- Identify and report errors in merchant funding processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Process Management
- Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-7 years of experience in client operations, financial services, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ACH processing and merchant funding.
- Knowledge of billing systems and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards.
Documents to Carry:
- Carry a printout your updated resume.
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

- Smartphone with good front camera, charger and Headset for Assessment, Government ID proof Hardcopy.
