JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Apply strong SAR/NoSAR expertise to guide decision-making and support analysts on complex cases.
• Identify suspicious patterns across alert types including Wire Fraud, ACH Fraud, Check Fraud, and Online Account Takeover.
• Conduct and oversee thorough investigations of suspicious financial transactions.
• Perform quality reviews of analysts cases to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Possess working knowledge of Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with strong reportwriting capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of AML/Fraud analysts to achieve highquality investigation outcomes.
• Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Support audits, compliance assessments, and internal control reviews.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound decision-making.
