Job Description

Role-Windows Admin

Required Technical skill Set-Windows Server, Cloud,

Should have strong knowledge on Enterprise Active Directory

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral competency)

Active Directory

• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Provide L3 support for complex incidents and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and File/Print Services.
• Oversee Windows Cluster management, Failover, and High Availability solutions.
• Maintain and optimize VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Perform patch management, OS upgrades, and server hardening.
• Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities.
• Implement backup and recovery solutions using tools like Veeam or Commvault.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for routine tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational policies
• Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, or Hyper-V virtualization
• Hands-on experience with patch management, security hardening, and clustering.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for L3-level escalations

Good-to-Have

• Experience in ITIL process related to Incident, configuration, Change, Problem and capacity management tools
