Job Description

Role**ServiceNow Technical Lead

Required Technical Skill Set**ServiceNow, JavaScript and Web Services

Desired Experience Range**6-8 Years

Location of RequirementHyderabad, India

Must-Have**

1. Strong experience with ServiceNow Security Operations Products which include Security Incident, Vulnerability Response, GRC and etc.

2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development platform including Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs and etc.

3. Service Catalog, Workflow and flow designer experience

4. Strong experience in Integrating external vulnerability scanners like Rapid7 with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management

Good-to-Have

1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer

2. Any implementation specialist certification Security Incident or Vulnerability Management

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1

Experience in development and implementation of Security Operations products such as Security Incident, Vulnereability Management, GRC etc

2

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Server and Client side Java Script

3

Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, UI pages, Macros and etc.

Should have strong experience on Service Catalog, workflow and flow designer

5

Experience in integrating 3rd party tools with ServiceNow using Web Services

6

Experience with configuring Vulnerability Management Integrations

Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
