HR ADMIN BENEFITS


Must Have:

Graduate in any stream

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in HR Operations

Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)


Good to have:

Experience specific to Benefit administration for Global (US , EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.


L&D


Must have:

Graduate in any stream

Excellent written and spoken communication

Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook)

Advanced experience with content layout, formatting, data and content visualization

Advanced experience with image, audio/video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Snagit, Premier pro, FCP, Aftereffects, etc.)

Advanced CSS/HTML skills

Knowledge of instructional design

Ability to do curriculum design, storyboard creation

Knowledge of graphic design

Ability to design static graphics and animations

Knowledge of LMS admin - course creation, learner profile management, reporting and analytics

SCORM Courseware testing



The following skills are preferred but not mandatory:

Develop high level eLearning courses (WBTs), assessments, performance support materials and interactive multimedia files using authoring tools.

Use Authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Story, line 360 etc. to develop the courses


SOURCING


Must Have:

Graduate in any stream

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer management negotiation skills

Experience in HR Operations (preferably recruitment admin)

Results and deadline driven

Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills

Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)

Good experience on ATS tool such as (Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters) and job boards

Extensive knowledge and expertise in innovative sourcing techniques such as Boolean Search, Xray search, internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate cold calling

Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)


Good to have:

Experience in Team handling


PAYROLL


Must Have:

Graduate in any stream

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in Global Payroll Processing

Results and deadline driven

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)



Good to have:

Experience in multi country payroll processing will be an advantage

Experience on Payroll systems such as ADP Streamline, Celergo, SAP Payroll, CGI, Lessorlon, Decidium or Dayforce required will be an advantage


PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT


Must Have:

Graduate in any stream

Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience in HR Operations

Results and deadline driven

Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)

Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)


Good to have:

Experience with performance management systems

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
