Job Description -FPNA:

• Individual contributor
• Perform the activities as allocated, maintaining the timelines & accuracy level
• Propose & execute process specific automation initiatives
• Prepare & necessary process documents/ SOPs, capturing any new nuances

Experience and Qualification

• Finance graduate with a professional qualification
• 5+ of Finance and Accounts s relevant experience in FP&A-specific processes.
• Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture.
• Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; exposure to Advanced Excel, Anaplan, Workday, and other leading planning tools is desirable.
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Job Description CNC

• Perform Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, Process Documentation Narratives, Process Flow Diagrams, Finalize Risk and Control Matrix.
• Perform Test of Control Effectiveness, Control Design , support remediation efforts for control failures - SOX and ISAE / SSAE compliance.
• Perform Interventions / Special Assignments at Client Engagements identifying reasons for operations failures, critical errors, process weaknesses / Performing Root Cause Analysis remediating and resolving causes..
• Reporting to internal and external stakeholders on risk trackers and remediation status

Skill Description

• Reasonable Knowledge of processes like AP,AR and RTR is mandatory
• Reasonable Knowledge of F&A Audit Processes having performed Internal, Operational and Financial Audits;
• Knowledge of Key F&A Compliances required ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOX Strong Analytical Skills; Strong Spreadsheet skills; Excellent command over English Language
• Experience of working in a GBS delivery environment
• Experience in executing Analytical Procedures using currently available analytical tools.
• Desirable Knowledge of ERP or Information System Design and Operation such as SAP, Oracle Financials Reasonable knowledge of Information Technology ITGC Controls; Information Systems Audit
