V&V Engineer - Pune

Were seeking a skilled Verification & Validation Enginee r with 4-8 years of experience to help us deliver innovative, reliable solutions that drive the future forward.

Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing of Body Control Modules (BCM) and Infotainment systems in automotive environments.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on system requirements and specifications.
• Utilize Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) for network simulation, diagnostics, and test automation .
• Validate CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols for BCM and infotainment units.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for embedded systems.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Prepare test reports, traceability matrices , and ensure compliance with automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).
• Support HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing and automation framework development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong knowledge of Automotive ECU component and system testing , especially BCM and Infotainment systems.
• Hands-on experience with Vector tools : CANoe, CANalyzer,
• Proficiency in CAN, LIN, UDS (ISO 14229) protocols and diagnostic testing.
• Experience in test automation scripting (CAPL, NI Test stand).
• Familiarity with HIL systems and test benches.
• Familiarity with Jira
• Handson experience with one off ALM.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to ecu.test or Keysight eggplant automation framework .
• knowledge on Helix ALM
• Experience with ASPICE process compliance .
