Role Summary

Were looking for a hands-on vTiger CRM consultant to implement, customize, train teams, and support adoption across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, and Customer Success.

This is not theoretical consulting. You will configure, execute, train, fix, and measure.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end vTiger setup and optimization

Module configuration for Leads, Deals, Tickets, Campaigns, Projects, Customer Success

Custom workflows, automation, and role-based dashboards

KPI and reporting framework setup

CRM integrations (Email, WhatsApp, Telephony, Lead Forms, Analytics tools)

Data migration and cleanup

Team training + adoption enablement

Post Go-live support and stabilization

Must Have Skills

Deep hands-on vTiger implementation experience

Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM processes

Workflow automation, reports, dashboards

Experience with API integrations

CRM data structuring & migration knowledge

Team training and change management experience

Bonus

Experience in SaaS / B2B tech environments

Knowledge of telephony / WhatsApp CRM integrations

CRM performance optimization
