This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Projects located in Bangalore Urban. The VP-Projects will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing real estate projects. Key tasks include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities also involve providing leadership, developing strategic project plans, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and construction standards
• Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate projects
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic business challenges
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within timelines and budgets
• Engineering degree in Civil or equivalent; an advanced degree in Management or a relevant field would be advantageous
