Xolopak India Ltd is a pioneering company in manufacturing sustainable consumable products for HORECA, Bakery and Home/Personal care industry in India. We operate in B2B and institutional business within this segment and have a pan India presence. Our products include single use wooden cutlery, ice-cream sticks and spoons, cake bases, Speciality papers, luxury napkins etc. Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry.

Job Overview:

The AVP/VP Finance will provide strategic financial leadership to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency. This role will oversee financial planning, manufacturing cost control, ESG reporting, capital structuring and financial institutions and investor relations while supporting the companys mission.

The ideal candidate combines strong finance expertise with focus on capital raising both debt and equity and in-depth knowledge and understanding of various debt and equity financial instruments. Knowledge and experience with ERP implementation is highly desired and preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company growth and sustainability goals
  • Advise Board on financial performance, risks and capital allocation
  • Lead long-term financial planning and scenario modeling.

Manufacturing & Cost Leadership

  • Oversee cost accounting
  • Optimize production costs while maintaining sustainability standards
  • Drive margin improvement initiatives

ESG & Sustainability Reporting

  • Lead ESG reporting and compliance with global sustainability frameworks
  • Measure carbon footprint, environmental impact and sustainable ROI
  • Align financial metrics with sustainability KPIs

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling projections
  • Provide business insights to support strategic decisions
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and market expansion
  • Monitor working capital and cash flow optimization

Capital Management & Fundraising

  • Manage capital structure and funding strategy
  • Lead debt/equity fundraising
  • Maintain relationships with banks, investors and financial institutions, rating agencies etc.
  • Oversee treasury function and financial risk management

Governance, Compliance & Controls

  • Strengthen internal controls and audit processes
  • Oversee tax planning and regulatory filings
  • Manage enterprise risk framework

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead high-performing finance teams across group companies
  • Drive digital transformation and ERP optimization
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and sustainability

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth & EBITDA margins
  • Monitor Cost per unit & production efficiency
  • Cash flow & working capital cycle
  • ESG performance metrics
  • Capital efficiency & ROIC
  • Audit and compliance outcomes

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA / MBA (Finance)
  • 10-15 years of progressive finance experience
  • 7+ years in senior leadership (manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience in sustainable/renewable/green product industries preferred
  • Strong expertise in cost accounting and plant finance
  • Experience in fundraising and investor relations
  • Knowledge and experience in ERP implementation is preferred
