Role Description

We are looking for a finance professional with 5+ years of experience to manage treasury operations, regulatory reporting, and financial planning. The role will support fundraising, ALM monitoring, compliance with RBI norms, and data-driven financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Fund Management

• Support fundraising activities including Term Loans, NCDs, ECBs, and securitization (DA/PTC).
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities and documentation.
• Monitor loan utilization, repayment schedules, and ensure timely servicing of obligations.
• Track and ensure compliance with lending covenants and post-disbursement requirements.

ALM, Risk & Regulatory Compliance

• Monitor and prepare ALM reports and assist in ALCO discussions.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations including CRAR, LCR, and other NBFC norms.
• Support preparation and submission of regulatory reports within timelines.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and MIS reports using Excel / Power BI.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decisions.
• Improve reporting accuracy and automation of financial processes.

Process Improvement

• Streamline treasury and finance operations for better efficiency.
• Support system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Treasury / Corporate Finance
• Experience in NBFC / BFSI sector is a must

Minimum Qualification:

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CA-Inter / B.Com

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of RBI regulations (CRAR, ALM, ALCO framework)
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of Power BI (or similar tools)
