Location- Mumbai

CTC - between 1.1crore 1.2 crore

Experience - Minimum 15 years

Job Purpose: The Chief Talent Officer is responsible for working to drive value, focusing on issues such as talent, organization design and development, culture, business alignment, managing resources, innovation, technology, utilization, customer service, and ROI. Chief Talent Officer discusses the critical, value-adding role of the next generation CLO, and the strategies that can be used to fulfil this role.


Job Description:


Position: VP Talent Management/ Chief of Talent Management

Reports to: CHRO

Team Size: 2-3 direct


Purpose: Lead the design and execution of the enterprise talent strategy to build leadership bench, accelerate capability for critical roles, and enable operational excellence across hubs, fleets, and last-mile networks.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own enterprise talent review, succession, and HiPo strategy.
  • Define critical roles and build structured pathways and academies.
  • Partner with Ops to align performance and development with OTIF, safety, and quality.
  • Deploy assessment and development centres for managers and supervisors.
  • Govern talent analytics and ensure auditable, bias-controlled processes.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives for frontline supervisors and managers.

Success Profile

  • Strategic, data-driven, operations-savvy, capable of operating from boardroom to shopfloor.


Operating Model & Stakeholder Map

Partners:

  • Ops Leadership: workforce planning, shift coverage, compliance, supervisors pipeline.
  • L&D: academies, certifications, coaching-at-scale.
  • Safety & Compliance: embed behaviors; track incident reductions.
  • Finance: L&D ROI, cost-to-serve impact from productivity gains.
  • IT/Digital: HRIS, LMS, skills taxonomy, learning edge delivery.
  • TA: sourcing strategy for critical roles; internal mobility programs.



Role Qualifications

MBA from renowned college campus

15+ years experience in HR with at least 10 years in Talent Management
