VP / SVP - HNI Desk

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned broking professional to drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition with strong focus on brokerage revenue and TPP sales. The role involves leading and scaling a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and Dealers, backed by strong portfolio advisory capabilities. Candidates must bring proven stability (3+ years in current firm) and the ability to build business from a zero-client base. Expected to onboard and manage a 7+ member team while meeting defined revenue KRAs (6070% brokerage, 3040% TPP).
