VP/SVP Facility Management Technical M3M Gurgaon

Role Objective:

To lead and ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operations of all hard facility services across the real estate portfolio by driving technical excellence, asset longevity, safety, and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end operations and maintenance of all hard services (MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, Elevators, DG, STP/ETP, BMS).
• Ensure high uptime, preventive maintenance execution, and lifecycle management of critical building assets.
• Drive statutory compliance, safety standards, audits, and risk mitigation across properties.
• Prepare and manage annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets; optimize costs without compromising system reliability.
• Oversee technical vendor selection, AMCs, SLA performance, and contract governance.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and technical handover for new projects and fit-outs.
• Implement energy management and sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce utility costs.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team; drive capability development and succession planning.
• Establish SOPs, technical MIS, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Partner with projects, leasing, and property management teams to ensure seamless infrastructure support and tenant satisfaction.
