Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnerships across: Consulting firms for GTM growth; Global & regional electronic component distributors, OEMs, EMS players, and channel partners.
- Evaluate market intelligence, compliance, others data providers.
- Close partnerships across AI, analytics, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems; Fintech, trade credit, and working-capital platforms
- Build a strong network in the Global manufacturing and procurement ecosystems
- Structure win-win, multi-geography agreements that scale with global customers.
- Participate in investment raise and contract negotiations
- Lead high-stakes negotiations involving CXOs, founders, and board-level stakeholders.
- Translate founder-level strategy into executable partnership roadmaps.
- Work with Product, Data, and Engineering to turn alliances into shipping capabilities.
- Own post-deal success, leverage, and expansion.
Good to have:
- MBA from a top-tier global or Indian institution (HBS, Stanford, Wharton, INSEAD, ISB, IIM A/B/C, or equivalent).
- Prior 815+ years in strategic partnerships, corp dev, business strategy, or platform alliances in B2B SaaS, AI, data, supply chain, or fintech.
- Track record in closing complex, high-value, multi-country deals.
- Experience in managing end-to-end data partnershipslicensing, exclusivity, defensibility, and incentives.
- Executive presence with deep listening skills.
