About T-Hub
T-Hub is a Section 8 non-profit, designed to create a robust innovation ecosystem. We drive entrepreneurship through incubation, acceleration, and market access, supporting 3000+ start-ups through a network of mentors, corporates, and investors.
Role Summary
Lead T-Hub's core value delivery to founders-owning the programs, platforms, and community that make T-Hub the most founder-friendly institution in India.
What will you do?
- Startup Desks & Program Ownership
Own and operate T-Hub's key startup-facing desks end-to-end, Mentors, Value Partners, Capital Access, Angels, and Experts. Set the ambition for each desk, build the operating model, drive utilization, and measure impact at the founder level. Move each desk from a managed service to a scalable, self-sustaining platform.
- Platform Building & Democratization
Convert T-Hub's startup support infrastructure into open, accessible platforms, reducing dependency on geography, stage, or cohort membership. Build systems that allow any founder from Telangana or India to plug in, access resources, and grow, at scale and with consistency.
- Startup Community
Manage growth and engagement, grow and continuously re-engage T-Hub's network of 5,000+ startups. Design engagement programming, recognition frameworks, and peer-learning structures that keep the community active, invested, and vocal. Turn alumni founders into contributors and evangelists.
- Capital Access & Investor Network
Steward and expand T-Hub's network of 200+ VCs, HNIs, and Family Offices. Create structured touchpoints that drive real capital deployment, not just visibility. Build a two-sided flywheel where investors see T-Hub as their best deal flow source and founders see it as their strongest capital access channel.
- Ambassadorship & Thought Leadership
Represent T-Hub at key industry forums, convenings and ecosystem engagements. Build T-Hub's reputation as the most founder-centric institution in the country, through storytelling, partnerships, and community credibility by showcasing the work we do and the results we enable.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal Candidate
This role is for a builder who has lived the startup journey, as a founder, early team member, or operator, and now wants to design the ecosystem they wish they'd had. You are equally comfortable in a strategy session and on the floor of a startup operating. You connect with founders because you've been in their shoes, and you build with operators because you understand what scale requires.
Background & Experience
- Hands-on experience in program design, platform building, or partnership-led operations
- Ex-founder, early founding team member, or someone who has seen a startup scale through multiple stages
- Demonstrated leadership in hiring and developing young and diverse talent with an average career experience of under 5 years
- Experience managing or building investor or partner networks - with a strong focus on creating lasting impact for them
- Prior experience in an accelerator, VC, startup incubator, or innovation consulting firm is a plus
- 15+ years of total experience; depth over breadth, purpose over pedigree, operator over strategist
Logistics
This role is based in Hyderabad. No structured remote work. Occasional domestic and international travel is required for partnerships, community forums and ecosystem representation.
Compensation
T-Hub is a non-profit and seeks mission-driven leaders who understand the need for being flexible with compensation; that said, this role will be paid commensurate with experience and is benchmarked against similar roles in social impact and public organizations.
