Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Sales, Supply Chain, and Sourcing, located in the Greater Delhi Area with some flexibility for remote work. The VP will lead the sales and business development efforts, manage strategic accounts, drive sales operations and execution, and focus on strengthening supply chain and sourcing strategies to align with company objectives. The candidate will oversee key partnerships, support revenue growth, and play an integral role in achieving organizational targets.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management for ODM, CM, OEM
• Experience in Account Management and managing long-term client relationships
• Strong ability in Sales Operations and process optimization
• Strategic expertise in Supply Chain and Sourcing management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Background in technology, engineering, or supply chain industries is an advantage
• Postgraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
