Key Responsibilties

• Culture Architect: Define and scale the "Viral Pitch Way." Ensure our core values of innovation, transparency, and data-driven impact are reflected in every hire and every meeting.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead the charge in hiring top-tier talent across Engineering, Product, and Creator Growth. Youll move beyond traditional recruiting to build a magnetic employer brand.
• Employee Experience & Retention: Own the end-to-end employee journeyfrom a "wow" onboarding experience to continuous professional development.
• Performance & Growth: Implement a high-performance framework that isn't just about KPIs, but about "Flourishing." Design reward systems that recognize impact and creativity.
• Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems, ensuring we are 100% compliant with labor laws while remaining agile as a startup.
• Strategic Advisor: Act as a coach and partner to the leadership team on organizational design, conflict resolution, and change management.
