- Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow HR modules
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, HR analytics, and process automation
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large HR operations teams and global processes (US/Europe)
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Masters with relevant years of experience
Preferred Experience
- 13+ years of HR experience with significant exposure to HR operations or HR shared services
- Experience managing global HR service delivery environments
- Background in HR digital transformation or HR technology implementation
