About the Role

We are seeking a senior finance leader with deep experience in capex-heavy, asset-intensive, operations-driven businesses to lead end-to-end finance. The role requires hands-on P&L ownership, FP&A, investor relations, fixed assets, financial operations, and compliance , with a proven track record in IPO readiness/execution .

You will partner closely with the leadership team to drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and investor confidence, while scaling the finance function for high-growth, real-asset businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Own finance function: FP&A, business finance, controllership, AP/AR, tax, audit, compliance, and treasury.
• Lead IPO readiness and execution: audits, DRHP prep, governance, SEBI compliance, and investor communication.
• Manage capex and fixed assets: planning, approvals, capitalization, and lifecycle tracking.
• Partner with business teams to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and data-driven decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Candidate Profile

• Mandatory: IPO experience (pre-IPO to listing).
• Strong business finance focus in capex-heavy, ops-intensive sectors .
• Qualifications: Engineer + CA or MBA Finance + CA preferred.
• 1218+ years of progressive finance leadership.
• Hands-on operator, strong commercial judgment, and experience managing large teams and budgets.
