1. Accounts - Complete of all Companies till finalizing .
2. Finance - Fund Flow Daily, Fifteen days , Monthly
3. Banking Day to Day with Reconciliation (monthly), TB (monthly)
4. Bank Limit - Reviewal Yearly
5. Treasury Activity
6. Ratings Yearly - CARE
7. GST - Complete up to Filing & Refunds
8. ERP - Implementation & Control
9. Other Income Control - MEIS, Rebate, GST Refund, LIC Sale, Refunds, LUT, TUFF , Interest,
10. State, Central Govt. subsidies.
11. Costing - Unit wise, Product wise & Department wise.
12. Internal Audit Reports compliances
13. Stock & Debtors Accounts & Control - at Plant & HO
14. Creditors & Cheque issuing control - Daily
15. IT Compliances including TDS, Advance Tax & Annual Returns etc.
16. All Statutory Compliances of Companies Accounts, IT, TDS, GST, Advance Tax etc.as well legal
17. Wages & Salaries planning & Control
18. Liaison work with Internal and Statutory Auditors & IT & GST Consultants.
19. Budget

1. Plant visits weekly for accounts and commercial matters
