About the Company
The Vice President Family Offices & Private Wealth (Asia & Middle East) is a part of Equity Capital Markets Team and will lead RMZs strategic engagement with global UHNWIs, Single & Multi-Family Offices, and Private Wealth entities across Asia and the Middle East.
About the Role
The role is responsible for driving capital partnerships, strengthening investor relationships, and positioning RMZ as the preferred real estate and alternative investments partner. The VP will support capital-raising initiatives across RMZs commercial, mixed-use, and new Assets platforms, ensuring strong visibility in established wealth hubs across Asia & Middle East.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of UHNWIs, multi-family offices, and single-family offices across Asia & ME.
- Build strong, long-term advisory relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and strategic counsel.
- Understand client goals including wealth preservation, legacy planning, risk appetite, liquidity needs, and global asset diversification.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and onboard new Family Office clients from key regional markets.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and exclusive investment forums.
- Develop and execute market-specific acquisition strategies.
Investment Advisory & Portfolio Strategy
- Coordinate with investment specialists to deliver customized portfolios across asset classes:
- Equities, fixed income, alternatives, structured products, real estate, private equity, and venture capital.
- Present investment strategies, macro insights, and quarterly portfolio reviews.
- Ensure client portfolios are aligned with strategic wealth objectives and risk frameworks.
Family Office Solutions & Services
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver:
- Estate & succession planning support
- Philanthropy advisory
- Governance frameworks
- Trust & fiduciary solutions
- Consolidated reporting
Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all client onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory documentation is compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to global compliance standards.
- Monitor investment suitability and perform periodic client risk reviews.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with CIO office, research, product, and operations to deliver seamless end-to-end client experience.
- Engage with global teams to source international investment opportunities for clients.
- Contribute data, market feedback, and insights for wealth strategy design.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UHNW/Family Office ecosystem across Asia & ME.
- Deep knowledge of global financial markets, alternative investments, and wealth structuring.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- High credibility, discretion, and client-handling maturity.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work across culturally diverse regions with sensitivity and diplomacy.
