Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President All Tower Lead to oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations across multiple F&A towers. The role will be responsible for leading large global delivery teams, driving operational excellence, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational and client objectives. The leader will play a key role in driving transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the F&A landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting towers including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and Compliance operations.
• Provide strategic leadership for global delivery operations, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, automation, and process optimization to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to ensure strong governance, relationship management, and business alignment.
• Lead large cross-functional teams across multiple geographies while building strong leadership pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance standards including SOX and internal control frameworks.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support business growth by identifying value creation opportunities, transformation roadmaps, and delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations leadership within global organizations or shared services environments.
• Strong experience across multiple F&A towers (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A) with large-scale delivery management.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and global client engagements.
• Experience in finance transformation, automation, and digital initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• MBA / CA / CPA or equivalent finance qualification preferred.

Work Schedule

• Willingness to work in US time zone to support global client operations.
